At Pretty Tidy, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it,
- be in its original packaging,
- and include proof of purchase.
Items that are returned used, damaged, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we may refuse returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

- your order number,
- the item(s) you would like to return,
- and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:
- your order number,
- a short description of the issue,
- and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. Shopify notes that your policy should clearly state how long refunds take and any return costs customers may pay.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged,
- the item is defective,
- or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. The FTC advises shoppers to check delivery, return, and refund policies before buying online.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
